"Squeakers" can be just as good as any other player. They are gamers, like you and I, and we were also that age once. They can be assets for the team. I'm not saying they are all ok, but don't immediately dismiss them like a common "scrub" when you hear their voice. I've met annoying ones, so I don't interact with them in the future, but I don't throw away the good ones. If they sound annoying, whatever, but if they keep talking about how they know what theyre doing when they clearly don't, then they are dismissed immediately.
