Shine up your pulse rifles guardians..
Destiny is nerfing all but the pulse rifles. Luckily I kind of like the Oversoul's edict!!
Thoughts on the nerfing?

I'm salty about it because I'm a hand cannon user. But luckily they aren't messing with scout rifles too much.
