Mida/all scout rifle CULT. It's a cult now.
Just got mida from a legendary engram, and I couldn't be happier. The one gun I wanted for a while now has got me back into scout rifles. What's your favorite scout rifle? Best scout luck? Post below!

1 ReplyI LOVE the agility and speed buffs for my Titan and Warlock; however, the MIDA is BEST used on a full agility build Bladedancer with Radiant Dance Machines... your speed ADS is AMAZING!!!

Majors get so stunned they just constantly kneel. I have two other really good Legendary scout rifles. On my main character I have a Badger CCL that had returning ammo, Luck in the chamber and maximum reload (which is my main Crota hard primary) and I just got the New Monarchy scout on my new Hunter alt that has extended range, reload with empty mag (stacked with Chain of Woe) and Explosive Rounds. Got it from an engram that randomly dropped from a random 25 thrall.

I just started leveling my Mida. Liking it so far. I like the third eye perk. Check out the Another NITC om my 32 warlock. Outlaw and firefly perks. Its a beast!!!!

4 RepliesMIDA is underrated as hell. There was a guy in banner I played with a few times who was just destroying fools, including me. I couldn't out-range him because I suck at sniping (and pvp in general) and had no scout with me. Not that it would have helped because he was so good with it and had that spot back behind C flag on Shores of Time on Venus. I couldn't get close enough to him to use a close range piece like a shotgun or normal fusion rifle. Obviously the ADS radar was/is a huge, HUGE advantage in PVP. I don't care what anyone says about just dropping out of ADS, when you can stay in the whole time and still see the radar, and not be distracted by having to drop in and out, especially in one of those positions that every map on destiny seems to have multiple of, where you can get people on radar long before they visually see you, and you know which direction/hole/hallway they will be coming through, but they don't know where you are in the room, you can get that first shot or two on them before they even really get their sites on you, it's just a slaughterhouse. Finally was able to sneak closer while he was engaged with some of the randoms on my team and got him one time with Pocket Infinity just for my pride but that doesn't really count. Of course like 30 seconds later he is back there doing it again, I just left him alone. It's the fire rate that really makes it. I was surprised how fast he could kill with it. Pretty sure he never even used any other weapon the whole match, he killed me like 4-5 times and every time is was MIDA. That changed my opinion of it and I already liked it, I just got a second one dropped and I'm keeping it with one of my alts. Anyway besides that I have a Gheleons Demise with explosive rounds and third eye that I like, and a badger CCL with third eye that is quite good.

Some many are toys, but my favourite by a long way is the Aries Nemesis X4, the Badger Is the nearest to a 331 version with similar impact and range.
