Watchdoges 2 on the way.
not announced by Ubisoft but the creative director behind the IP pretty much says so.
also says the game wasn't perfect and that they're making changes to the sequel.
what do you think? good, bad or meh? what would you want changed in the sequel?

First one was hyped to hell, played it and it was trash. Poor protagonist, boring story and very little to hold your interest for extended periods of time. I don't have much hope for any of Ubisoft's massive releases, but who knows. Surprisingly their best games over the last year or so are smaller lesser known titles: Child of Light and Valiant Hearts: The Great War. Perhaps they should let whatever team of developers that developed those have a crack at a major title.

I remember people saying that the first one was gonna be a "GTA Killer" but the game ended up killing itself. Watch Dogs 2 can't make the same mistake again.

If they can add to the base of what they have then good, at least this time they don't need to tone the game down for the previous generation of consoles and might actually be able to produce what they said they would with the first

It can be good. Now that they have gotten feedback they can try to correct the mistakes/things people didn't like with the first one. It has potential but it's up to Ubi to right the ship with it or there won't be a third one.

I think the game would awesome if protagonist had a personality and perhaps if you started playing before his neice died giving you a chance to the characters bond more....would of made her death and his revenge more appealing and I would of cared more

6 RepliesKnew that was coming before watchdogs was released. Ubisoft said something along the lines of "Only interested in making games that can become franchises" Long as they take their time with it and it doesn't take away resources from them making The Division, then WD2 is fine with me
