The vote percentages haven't changed since the vote started. Meaning the equal amount of people lieing and not lieing has been consistent since this thread started.
What's funny is bungie has the answer to this debacle. They can see how many kills are being gotten across the board per weapon and weapon type I'm sure.

in light of the liars, i created a clan for top snipers. We aren't accepting anyone whos primary special isn't a sniper. Essentially its snipers looking for other snipers.

I absolutely use the fusion rifle. It is the best weapon between shotgun and auto range (my sweet spot since halo 2) that still requires proper aim. People can hate all they want because I'm having a blast. 1.7 k/d in Control and 1.9 in Skirmish.

I will freely admit that for the Thorn and Invective bounties, I have been using a shotgun. I will be switching back to a sniper if/when I ever go back into the crucible, despite the fact that I kinda suck with it in Destiny, and still believe that the lens flare shouldn't show up until after you've taken one shot. On the other hand, maybe I just take a long time to shoot with it. Y'know, like snipers are supposed to be used. :P And no, I don't claim to be any good at crucible. My K/D is 1.35 according to Bungie, so not massively great, but good enough to finish the exotic bounties :P

Shotty for the win! I do mix it up with Fusions, though very rarely, but can't stand snipers in this game. Used to love them in Halo, but the majority of this games maps don't allow much wiggle room.

You hiding behind these polls just shows you know there is something shameful going on with your gameplay. [Although really, shotguns and fusions are encouraged in crucible by design of the maps and character abilities]

I barely use any. If I do it's a sniper, once in a blue moon a fusion, and never a shotgun. And the reason I don't use shotgun is not cause I think they're for noobs but actually because I'm terrible with them.

If i am just playing to play it is sniper always. If its for a bounty i will switch to shotty or fusion until i get my 10 sprees with the weapon

I used a sniper to complete the Thorn bounty, got it done in 5 games. Way faster than using a shotgun.

I only touched crucible to get exotic bounties completed. For the Thorn bounty i used a void fusion rifle. Thats the bounty that took the longest so i guess thats the secondary i used most. #fusionscrub #lessthan11,000medalscore
