Badger CCL - Best Scout Rifle
Got it from Legendary engram, perks are "precision kills drastically increase reload speed" and "ADS increases effective Range". This thing has wonderfully balanced stats and reloads SO quickly. I haven't maxed it yet, but does anyone else have any personal experience or input with this rifle?
Edit - I didn't anticipate this much discussion about this gun when I first posted this, but I do appreciate it guys/girls! Thanks :)

1 ReplyAnother NITC is better. I have had 5 drop for me so far but the one I use has firefly :) the fire rate on the badger is just frustrating.

I have had badger CCL drop with Red dot ors (wider shot radius so higher chance to crit ) Hard light ( better range less recoil ) Firefly ( enemies explode) I pretty much can't miss their head, and then they explode it rocks. I have another NitC with two stability perks and fast reload and it is also awesome but I get less crits at long range so mainly use badger CCL

My crusader I has explosive rounds and high impact I prefer the VoC but only going to bring 331 weapons into HM so experimenting now.

I wouldn't say the best. Demise is one of the best I've used but the fire rate is rather slow. Multi tool is pretty good too. But crypt dweller is prob the best for any kind of pvp work. Reload speed is the fadtest. Same with fire rate. Had an extended range and something else can't remember the perks but it's beneficial lol

I got one with firefly and ADS affects range. Seems pretty cool to me

Just pulled a Firefly/Rodeo variant, with the High Caliber Rounds perk <3 The fourteen round mag is a shame, but I can see me using this over my VoC due to the stagger and firefly combo. It's everything I love about my Titan's Suros and my Hunter's Aries Nemesis x4 in one gun :D

Have badger, b-line, MMT. Badger hits the hardest, b-line hits like its a pea shooter, MMT is in between, but the knock back stops enemies in their tracks. Badger seems to have the most impact at range though. I use badger more often than mida. FYI, my badger and b-line are at 331. MMT is at 312 right now, on it's way to 331.

Mine has luck in the chamber, armor piercing/explosive/high caliber rounds, and firefly. Mine is a beast as well. But I have got to say...I want the B line Trauma, it's a beast for PvP. Fires faster than the Mida lol

It's the first 331 Scout Rifle I got when the DLC came out. I chose it over the other Vanguard Another NitC because of the impact and reload speed. If I ever get a 331 scout rifle with firefly again, though, I will most likely switch to it. Love that perk.

Shoots too slow it'll get you killed more than kills. Another NITC IS the best scout hands down even better than the Mida and doesn't take up a exotic spot.
