One Thing Must Be Said About NIGHTFALL Drops !
RNGesus......SMH ! How are your nightfall drops ?
EDIT #1 Yes I know my grammar sucks !
EDIT #2 So this week I got for two characters:
1- Legendary machine gun
2- Legendary shotgun
(NOT VERY HAPPY)
EDIT#3 So I just noticed that someone said they got 3 Energies (In a different thread) from this Nightfall and that it has no burn.
EDIT#4 I got 5 Strange Coins this week ! :(

Started out on an amazing run of exotic weapons. Luck steadily eroded from there. Now getting mostly shards.

1st run- 9 Ascendant Energy 2nd run- 6 Ascendant Energy 3rd run- Legendary Helmet Engram, later decrypted into 2 Ascendant Energy Yep, RNG hates me.

I usually get good drops, as in Legendaries and Exotics as opposed to coins and mats BUT most of the stuff is not of any utility to me. As I've acquired most of the gear and guns I want the chances of getting something useful from the loot table have dwindled greatly so that is to be expected.

I've only gotten 2 exotics. -Hardlight -Suros Regime Everything else has been Strange Coins, or Energy/Shards.

last three weeks of nightfall, the best thing i've gotten is a hunter alpha lupi. everything else (amongst three characters that did it each week), was either shards, coins, or a legendary weapon that i didnt want. honestly at this point I have all of the 2.0 weapons i need. I still need a good armor piece 2.0 for my warlock, and i still need these exotic weapons to finish collection: hard light nechrocasm (which obviously i have to wait until hard raid is available to get the crux of crota) dragon's breath. i guess i would also like to have all exotic armor pieces as well, but it isn't the priority right now.

My last 6 nightfalls. 1. No Land Beyond (not too bad) 2. 11 ascendant shards 3. 8 ascendant energy 4. Some Legendary Pulse Rifle 5. The Cure (Legendary Rocket Launcher) 6. The Culling (Legendary Machine Gun) So basically no land beyond, 11 shards, and like 15 energy

I got 5 strange coins on Nightfall. Got 9 and three rare engrams on weekly heroic. Let you guess if Nightfall rewards are fair or created by a retard.

1 ReplyThis past week I got 6 strange coins, while a guy in my fireteam got the autos regime and a legendary heavy engram, took the engram to master rahool and Boom dragons breath. Tldr, I got fewer coins than the heroic and buddy got 2 epics :(

I've gotten 5 exotic weapons and 3 exotic pieces of armor from the nightfall. I've even got a 3 week exotic streak going on.
