How you get flaming heads for your character?
Some told me "it just appears", others tell me it's Nightfall. Any real clue/answer to the question?

It's the nightfall. Anyone who says otherwise is just trolling. You also get an XP buff until the reset the following Tuesday, so it's better to do it earlier in the week
