Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

First hard raid on vog looking for the vex we finally kill atheon and everyone's shouting "I got the vex!!!" I look through my inventory to find I got two helmets... Use heavy ammo synthesis and I blow myself up Two week later make a new character and first run I got the vex so can't complain

The last four legendary engrams I decoded have all been the Payback SOS. Every single one since the release of The Dark Below. Every single one. I don't even like that gun.

Everytime I farm for husk of the pit and I kill the blade of crota and it shows the little diamond spinning and you get a black wax idol or silken codex or finish a bounty. AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT EXPERIENCES THIS?!?!

Pretty much my first 12 times of running VoG, 3 pieces of gear between 3 characters, or maybe it was nightfall this week that gave me strange coins twice and a f*cking purple engram for the third run....Too many times to pick just one.....

Bought time and patience and received it in the nightfall that following Tuesday

3 straight weeks of energy and shards on every single character for every nightfall i ran.

In one day I did the NF... Got the exact helmet my warlock had equipped "Light Beyond Nemesis" went to Xur for an exotic helmet gamble... Got the "Light Beyond Nemesis" again... Switched to my Titan to try that luck it gave me the exact helmet my Hunter had equipped... So yeah I was pretty pissed...

Carried a friend through nightfall, got some legendary shotgun with about the same rate of fire as no land beyond. He got Monte Carlo. That's probably tied with the two and a half straight weeks of nothing but shards, energy, and duplicates from nightfall and VoG.
