Title says it all.
The only rule is that you can't use gamebreaking weapons that just flat out kill almost everything. Everything else is A-OK. No rules. All fun.
Enjoy the chaos. Pick a country and get to work. It has to be an actual country, but rename/remake it as you wish. Its all acceptable. Keep track of your country and your opponent's; as I will not. I will only act as a GM to settle violent disputes and to intervene should things turn Eclipse Generator.

The emptied worlds are thrown by the [i]So Much For Subtlety[/i] into a star and they burn up. Forerunner technology taken from the abandoned Shield World is reverse engineered; Janus Corp. now knows how to make a material resistant to Halo Rings. All ships, vehicles, bases, clothes, and armour are lined with it.

A large colony is established there and thousands more ships are constructed. The world is named Harvest. It is abandoned by the Janus Corp. and all natural resources and forerunner technology are taken to the base on Terra.

An indigenous life form is discovered, appearing to be a strange, primitive sub-species of humans. They are enslaved and the natural resources of the planet harvested. The slaves are put to work building slipspace drives for Corporation ships. No colony is developed.
