YOUR WORST LOOT DROP EXPERIENCE!
Seriously, what was the most gut-wrenching, soul-destroying post-game reward scenario you've been in?
Example:
[i]Today, I began a Roc Strike and the rest of my team left. It was the Winter's End strike, so I continued on solo.
I managed to get all the way to the Archon Priest, when two other Guardians joined me. I was happy, cuz I knew it would have been a grind otherwise. 3 minutes later, we kill him.
The reward screen comes up. One of them had 22 kills, and one had 9. I myself had 183 kills. AND WHAT DOES THE 9-ER GET? NO LAND BEYOND![/i]
What is your tale of woe? True story btw.
[b]EDIT[/b]: I didn't have plans to play with NLB, I just wanted it for my collection.
[b]EDIT 2[/b]: To all people who complain about having [i]multiple[/i] exotics, but not the one they want; two things: Get in line, and, Exotic Shards.
[b]EDIT 3[/b]: I bought NLB from Xur while he was here. Still a little miffed, but I feel better now.

Beat Crota and the nightfall last night. Crota only dropped 2 shards and then I got 5 strange coins for the nightfall :(

how about running 3 titans 5 times total on crotas end and getting 3 Boots and 2 Swordbreakers...i do have over 60 Shards tho..LOL..while 2 of my friends have FULL CE RAID GEAR!!..they have less then 20 shards..hopefully next week i dont get -blam!-ED again

Basically carried a guy through the nightfall this week. Guy got 6 kills and got the ice breaker ( weapon I've been trying to get for awhile) and I got 7 ascendent energy. Kinda made me mad because every time I get an exotic engram for my special weapon a lot I think it's ice breaker and finally my hard work has paid off but no. Ran nightfall with my other characters and got a scout rifle and a primary engram that just turned into shards. :(

Actually. Almost every nightfall ive beat i got a lmg for every faction. And obe tine i got uni remote. Dismantle it right away tho

First nightfall i got tlw i have 2 upgraded ones already so i dismantled it didn't think much of it at the time. Second nightfall i got a legendary purple cube of misfortune took it to the devil in the tower an he gave me 2 energies ... So here i was. My last chance my final nightfall! We two maned it all the way to shrek an when we almost had him down a third guy joined in.. We killed shrek.. He got no land beyond.. I received 5 coins.. Grand total of 2 energies 1 exotic shard an 5 coins..

Last night in my first ever VOG, I went into it thinking Fate Bringer is mine, I can feel it. Came out of it with only Energy and Shards!!!!!

Not only that I've done nightfall & I got a New monarchy HC & 12 Shards. 😑😑😠

Hard raid. 1st time 6 energy and a stupid ship. 2nd time same stupid ship and a helmet not one but two! At the same time, the same bloody helmet twice in one drop!!! Wtf!?

Twice in Roc playlist two people have gotten exotics, one time the guy AFK'd most of it and I did better than the second guy. Add insult to injury I did the nightfall last week and got shards and this week I got coins.

3/3 exotic weapons this week from Nightfall. I had all 3. So disappointed cuz exotics are rare enough and just squandered 3 chances in a row to get something worthwhile

Beat crota with all 3 guardians this week and they all got the swordbreaker. Kinda sucks but my hunter got his raid set so i can live with that.

This week my friend constantly got disconnected during nightfall... We waited with the killshot for phogoth untill he was back. He got an exotic shotgun, i got... 6 strange coins. Thats it. But my worst experiences have been VoG hands down. Whole raids of shards and energy... Oh and i only got raid gear 4 times... All of them boots.

First time completely finishing the normal raid all the way through all I got was ascendant materials and chatterwhite...
