Buff Pulse Rifles!
Who thinks pulse rifles are going to be buffed? Well, the only good one is bad juju and red death. But still a lot of them are underpowered.

I can't kill anything with pulse rifles. They also sound weak. They need to change the sound they make as well as the damage they deal
