I completed the Mars strike on easy with the "defeat Valus..." Bounty active. It DIDN'T require a heroic modifier and I didn't get the bounty once I killed Valus. I also competed 4 control matches with the "compete 5 control matches" bounty active and the bounty said I had only completed 1 of 5. I also wasn't getting any crucible marks for completing matches. I'm not doing strikes because they're fun. It's a lame chore that I put up with so I can level stuff. So frustrating.
