I found two legendary engrams over the weekend. One from daily heroic, one from Iron Banner. Helmet and Chest engrams. I noticed that they both now say "RARE Item" under possible contents now: Rare Item Legendary Item (Random Class) Exotic Item (Random Class) Upgrade Materials I stuck them in my vault and haven't decrypted them yet to prove it, last time I found one it didn't say rare as possible contents.
