Whilst doing the daily I was locked out of the throne room completely. I was using the 'easy kill' method of hanging out on the steps and working on him when I obviously stepped too far in and I was either crushed by the door or managed to step out before the door closed. I was insta-killed and respawned outside the throne room. The door would not open. I tried changing areas, suicide and knocking politely but had no luck and had to abandon the mission. Not sure if it's a known issue as that's the first time I've seen it.
