Daily "where's the Bad Juju/Thorn buff you announced over a month ago?" thread
Well?
You have the time to nerf the Mythoclast and adjust values for Scout Rifles across the board within the same time span, but don't have the time to buff the exotics you stated you were going to adjust over a month ago? At the time when you announced the buffs, 99% of the community didn't even know the Mythoclast existed. Yet, the Mythoclast got adjusted before the other guns get their already announced buffs? Do you even logic?
There's really no excuse for it at this point.
Edit: I realize some of you think the Thorn does not need a buff, and while that's fine (I don't have it, I don't know), it's also missing the point. The real focus here is the fact that Bungie announced that they were going to buff both the Bad Juju and Thorn over a month ago, yet no changes have been made still (but changes were made to other guns during the same time frame).

I wouldn't take any of those promises seriously at this point, if I does end up happening then it'll be a pleasant surprise.

It might sound kinda crappy, but right now the ONLY thing Bad JuJu is good for is bottom feeding your team's kills in PvP... if you have it fully perked just follow a few steps behind your squad and sweep up the mess they leave behind. Always lead with a grenade (when you can)... If you run outta ammo, don't reload, just switch to a good CQB secondary until you're in the clear. Wash, rinse, repeat. In PvE it seems kinda useless compared to other primary weapons... I won't sacrifice an Exotic slot for Bad JuJu in PvE.

6 Replies"Had both of these in the lat week after random bounties" bad juju is long winded and now got to wait until Xur returns on Friday before the final part of the mission; thorn I can't do the last level, way too hard solo! So they are out there and had them both as yellow bounties!

10 RepliesThe bad juju needs a bigger clip size 15 is pretty low compared to the legendary pulse rifles the bad juju is kinda lacking the impact is useless for a exotic weapon and y was the void damage that was in the bata removed lastly this is just a thought but seeing how its an exotic and all wouldn't it be cool for the full auto perk to shoot like a actually auto rifle

Adjusting exotics where they need more work than just multipliers and damage is going to take a longer time because they have to work out things and everytime tweaking happems they have to test it so just be patient (and time).

3 RepliesIt'd certainly be nice if these weapons' stats reflected the amount of time and effort required to unlock them (even if this was largely good times). Compare and contrast with Suros for nothing more than a handful of strange coins. Also, I'd say it's bad form to dangle a buff-carrot and then do nothing. I wonder what the problem is.

Also to note, no mail bag. I've seen a few people plot out a kind of time line for degradation of the game. Could we have entered into the "no integration with the community" part of that at this point?

Not used bad juju but heard its bad i have thorn and i love the gun but 6 shots and very low reload with no upgrades to increase either is something i would love to see changed. Been after thorn since release day but there is just way better hand guns around that make it feel like its lacking.

LOL! Bungie doea not know how to change things in this game to make people happy.... only to piss is us off. Oh you want the buff?? Get it in a dlc where there will be a buffed up version of the gun. We don't give anything for free

Hi, Bungie here. We understand that you're bothered with the lack of buffs for things we said we'd buff a while back, but its much more important that we cater to casuals and nerf weapons that the community don't like. That way everything is level and nothing is exciting. Thank you for your time. and for the buff, we'll get around to it after we ruin all other guns. That way, after these two guns are the most op weapons in the game we'll nerf them as well!
