Error Code Canary

I can't get 5 minutes in the game without being disconnected saying that i'm not connected to the internet. Even though I am because I can still do everything else on xbox live like look at friends etc) I went through the trouble shooting, forwarded all the ports it said i needed to forward to my xbox and still nothing works. The router/modem thing i have is the virgin media superhub 2 (not sure if that helps) I had this problem with the open beta as well, you would think it would be sorted by now. If someone could help me get back to playing the game that would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

  • I've had the same problem the only thing ive done is plug a cable going from your xbox to your superhub I hope they fix this soon im pissed off this happened to me during the beta aswell
