Countries can now have advisors/representatives. (This means that if you didn't get to pick a country, you can leave remarks or advice for countries to follow.)

Right off the bat, I think I should say we should make this like a parallel universe to the other thread. History Lesson: [spoiler]In the PU, Homeland Italia was the leading AeroSpace, Laser "Pasta" Technology expert, and defense mechanism geniuses.
