If I buy the limited edition of Destiny on Xbox 360 and then eventually buy an Xbox One, will that downloadable content pass over to the One?

Each game is console specific. Not sure how digital versions will work on the dif generations

The season pass? I dont see why not. Its a code u enter to xbox live. Not specific to your console generation like the disc is.
