Why do Warlocks hate Hunters?
So, I'm playing Destiny as a Warlock and I noticed that some of my gear had very 'anti-hunter' descriptions. One said something along the lines of Hunters not being able to shoot straight and other said Warlocks will never 'cede their position' to the Hunters. Anyone know why there's bad blood between the two, or if there's tension between all the classes, or did I just pick a class that happens to be really pissy?
EDIT: So there is some tension between each of the classes. The shit talk mainly goes on between the Warlocks and Huntards. The Huntards and Titans also have a few jabs at each other. Titans and Warlocks seem to get along.

Something we need to defeat the darkness. They offer little to us as humanity becasue they are foolish puppies who think they can do everything alone. Weird as it is with this drama, I played first as a titan and then a Warlock and fell in love. I got no beef with Titans for that reason, but Hunters seem over picked, mainstream, and super cosmetic with their constant changing cloak.

Petty hunters think they are the superior class. Warlocks are masters of the travelers light and void. Warlocks have stared into the void and those who stare into the void are not bound to the laws of space and time. We can quickly destroy the a hunter as well as the fabric of reality. The hunters don't know what they are dealing with.

6 RepliesCapes get caught in things. I was walking back to my apartment in the Tower and I saw this hunter lying on the ground with his cape stuck in his door. Apparently he locked his keys in his apt, was in a hurry, got his cape stuck and starved to death. Poor bastard.

The warlock believe in prefer above all else and the Hunters are the ones who exist beyond the law who do there own things. So basically if a warlock wants something done a certain way the Hunters will do it in every other way but that.

The best run I had in the Devil's Lair strike was with myself (Warlock) a Hunter and a Titan. All three classes together is a powerful force.

2 RepliesBecause Hunters aint got nothing on us Warlocks and deep down they know it, ohh wow your gun goes golden woo hoo meanwhile i'm summoning black holes left and right like im some anime character. The only reason why we don't have amazingly extravagant class items is so we don't outshine the other classes.
