What would we be able to do if we used our brains 100%?
So, every time I keep hearing that we only use a fraction of our brain's power, and some humans have managed incredible stuff, with that fraction.
But what if we used our brain to its full potential? A hundred percent. What abilities would we gain? What things could we do that we wouldn't be able to do using only a fraction of it? Would there be any cons?

You would have to actively think about every heartbeat, actively control every living cell in your body. You would probably be significantly more intelligent, but I don't think it would be worth it.
