Well I just stumbled upon these Chibi shorts that are actually done by the people who made The Last Airbender, they're interesting short episodes that don't have a Canon or a Plot, they're just fun mixes of the characters and universe done in a cuter style. The first part is posted in the OP, there are two parts after it you can get linked to after you watch the first, they are a little old, but I hadn't known of them before and it's something fun to watch to reminisce about the original Avatar.
