  • Jaime Lannister > Everyone- and he wasn't that strong. Ipso facto, Skill > Strength.

The amount of factors not shown does not give me any clear reason to pick either option.

  • Just look at us humans. We aren't any were near the strongest animal yet we learn over time. Skill is a very important factor. It may take longer with skill but it eventually prevails.

  • Of the options, I'd have to say Strength and Ferocity. Determination... I mean, really? Even if you're skilled, if you're overwhelmed by strength, you're only prolonging the inevitable by not giving in. I'd rather say that Intelligence and Cunning would beat both of those. Make them fight each other, then snap the winner's neck when he turns his back on you.

  • Kind of depends on how strong or how skilled.

  • Skill. Nothing like seeing some little guy with serious skills completely destroying some thug who thinks he's tough.

  • David vs. Goliath is a very good example of this type of situation.

  • You can be as strong as you want and still not be skilled enough to win. Ferocity is also not a substitute for skill and the determination to use that skill effectively. (Obviously, I'm only speaking in regular human terms - no amount of skill will win you a fight with the Hulk, for instance.)

  • A mix of any two of the four would be equally matched to any other mix of two, or so history tells us.

  • Depends on what levels. Moderate strength such as Spider-Man only gets him so far, and has to rely on his skill/determination and intelligence occasionally. Infinite and limitless strength such as Hulk/Superman? Intelligence/skill should be considered moot at that point. And yeah I did just use superheroes as a comparison.
