It is apparent after viewing the polls found on the gaming and community forums that the Xbox One has a slight edge in popularity among the forum goers of the past few days hours.
It is also apparent that the Bungie.net community heavily favors the Xbox One controller.

Just because the [b]pure data[/b] here is in favor of one console does not mean that this is a fanboy thread at all. In the event the PS4 or the Wii U (lel) would ever overtake the Xbox One in any poll it was featured I will make sure to update the OP.

Bungie.net has a fan base of mostly Microsoft fans because they made halo for xbox. The pole pole results here are not representative of the entire gaming community.

You can't pass it down like an atarai or Sega. Ps4 will still play all its games in 50 years... Invest for now knowing its limited time or invest for generations its a no brainer for me.

Here are my reasons: -I don't think Xbox One's DDR3 can keep up with PS4's GDDR5 in the end, and cloud computing cannot fix that. -I don't think Xbox One's focus on "entertainment" will keep them ahead of the game. -The kinect is a novelty included with every Xbox One which means they needed to cut corners elsewhere. -Their software architecture is not built around gaming, instead around multitasking. -The Xbox One is turning society into the Orwellian "Big Brother" concept. -I don't care what's 'trending' either, I'd much rather be a leader than a follower. Lastly, the Xbox One is obviously more popular among B-net because most of the people voting are here because of Halo. That's all I need to say.

I absolutely loved my xbox 360 but if Sony continues to offer it's online service for free and has such better benefits with Playstation Plus, I will definitely be switching next generation.
