So the second amendment...
Since when does it say the right to bare guns? If I remember correctly it says arms. Which if we interpreted loosely enough could mean nuclear arms. So why is everyone assuming it means guns?

OP, can you into case law? or a dictionary? firearm. a type of Arm. guns are a type of firearm. can you also into logic and not slippery slope?
