Teh puma never understood the question "What would you ask god when you die?" Such a deity, if they are as they've been described, would answer any question you had before you even opened your mouth. That said, there are many sides of Dawkins. Dawkins is for the most part a very relaxed and easily humored person. However he does have his moments of when he launches what some people consider extreme verbal attacks. Sadly, it's these moments that many people latch onto, and feel best describe Dawkins as a person. Teh puma disagrees. These are not the moments that define Dawkins, but they do have some interesting (and are worth seeing,) pieces of information that many people could enjoy.

If I met god I'd ask him, "why did you makes us?" Richard comes of as snobby, and acts arrogant at times. I don't like him, and it has nothing to do with conflicting world-views. He just doesn't seem like a very nice person :<

It amazes me how people really pay him any attention. I read his book "The Greatest Show on Earth", and it was meh. He's a decent biologist at best.

Smart guy. Patient, polite, and more willing to listen than people accuse him of. But on the offensive, he's kind of a jerk. I enjoy a lot of his arguments, I think he's a swell dude, but whenever he discusses religion publicly, and not during a debate, he's very contemptuous. And seeing that most assign him the title of "Main representative of atheism" theists across the globe associate any atheist with the behavior and attitude of Dawkins. Ergo, people make atheists off to be jerks because of him.

He seems pretty chill about it. Not that much of an attack on religion directly, but the people who are zealous.

I agree with everything he said, but when he said 'who cares about creationists, they don't know anything ' it seemed like quite a blunt, childish thing to say. He could of at least given reasons why.
