not sure but all i know the max when im downloading something is that it will go 750kbs and thats if im lucky its usually around 600

Unfortunatly for me, that's just because it's 4am. I live in an off-campus apartment for school, and between like 5pm and 3am, it's absolutely garbage. Slower than dial up most of the time. Like usually around 0.03mb/s down. Upload isn't nearly as bad, but nowhere near as good as it is right now. They said they would have fiber installed this semester (we have 17 buildings all running off of a DSL connection.) but it hasn't been finished yet.
