Prime Raiders [NA | 18+] | Endgame PvE Recruitment | Quality Over Quantity

Prime Raiders has been around since 2014. I have always run the clan around one principle: quality over quantity. We already have active members, established standards, progression ranks, raid and dungeon tracking, solo-flawless review, benchmark standards, high-pressure raid standards, scheduling, and proof-based mastery paths. I am recruiting selectively to strengthen roster depth and improve schedule overlap so we can put together strong, reliable runs more often. I would rather keep looking than bring in the wrong person just to make the roster look fuller. I also do not mass invite. Every new member affects the environment, so I need to know who I am bringing around the people already here. Applicants go through a one-on-one conversation and, when appropriate, run-based evaluation. Skill matters, but so do mindset, preparation, communication, reliability, and how someone responds to feedback. With Bungie now working toward bringing vaulted content back into Destiny 2 and developing a future for Destiny, there is more to look forward to than there was a few months ago. There are still plenty of unknowns, but Prime Raiders is continuing to push regardless. I want us mastering the content we have, revisiting the older raids as they return, and building the kind of roster that can handle difficult content together. Current Focus - Pantheon and clears with all five feats active - High-pressure and Master raid content - Clean and efficient full clears across the raid pool - Raid challenges, flawlesses, and lowmans - Mastering current and older raids, including legacy content as it returns - Solo-flawless dungeons with recorded review and benchmark standards - Buildcrafting, set bonuses, class knowledge, and damage rotations - Developing chemistry through repeated runs with different clanmates - Continuing to improve regardless of the content release schedule What I Am Looking For - Age 18 or older - Availability compatible with NA evenings, including some weekdays - Around 100 or more full raid clears - Experience spread across multiple raids, not one heavily farmed activity - Meaningful recent endgame activity - The ability to execute mechanics, survive, and contribute damage without constant direction - Working knowledge of your class, builds, weapons, and more than one damage setup - A willingness to research, test loadouts, and prepare independently - The ability to receive direct feedback and correct recurring issues - Initiative to schedule runs, join events, and participate without being personally chased - Interest in contributing to the clan rather than only using it when convenient Raid Report is part of the evaluation, but it is not the entire evaluation. Clear counts, titles, flawlesses, lowmans, and past accomplishments give me useful context. They do not automatically prove that someone understands their loadout, thinks independently, adapts under pressure, communicates well, or will remain active. You do not need a perfect résumé. You do need enough of a foundation to contribute now and continue developing from there. Prime Raiders is not a zero-to-endgame teaching clan. What Prime Raiders Provides - A clan identity and standard established over more than ten years - A selective roster where fit matters more than headcount - Progression based on observed performance, consistency, and contribution - In-house Mastery Emblems recognizing verified accomplishments and contribution - High-pressure raid standards and clear activity tracking - Solo-flawless video review and dungeon benchmark targets - Organized event scheduling and endgame resources - Direct feedback with a clear understanding of what improvement looks like - A long-term clan environment for players who still care about mastering Destiny's endgame This Probably Will Not Fit You If - You want an instant invite or guaranteed spot in every run - You only play when a new release or desirable reward appears - You wait for someone to personally ping you before participating - You mainly want checkpoints, farms, or one familiar raid role - You expect stronger players to handle your preparation for you - You resist feedback or repeatedly make the same correctable mistakes - You care more about the clan tag than contributing to the clan - You are looking for somewhere to sit until another opportunity appears Prime Raiders is built around a shared clan roster, not closed or permanently assigned raid groups. Members are expected to be capable of playing with the wider clan. Opportunities to participate depend on availability, preparation, performance, reliability, and the requirements of individual runs. Application Process Send Just_payback a direct message on Discord with: - Your Bungie name and Raid Report - Your time zone - Your regular weekly availability - Your main and backup classes - The raid roles you are comfortable performing - What you have been working on recently - What you want from Prime Raiders - What you believe you would contribute to the clan A message that only says "Can I join?" is not enough information. Applicants who meet the initial baseline begin with a one-on-one conversation. From there, selected applicants may move into run-based evaluation and a two-week trial period. The conversation does not guarantee an evaluation run. An evaluation run does not guarantee a trial. Completing the numerical requirements or trial period does not automatically guarantee permanent membership. If this sounds like how you already approach the game, send the full information above. I review each applicant myself.
