What specific error are you getting? there are multiple for logins like 'platform account is not linked' and a more generic 'Unable to authenticate'. If its saying not the correct account or 'Authentication Error - There has been an error - ErrorCannotAuthorize', can you sign out of Bungie.net and sign back in as the Playstation account, one of two things will happen: First - you get brought back into your account and the PSN will be authenticated for cross-save, you just authenticate the rest and carry on. Second - you get the sign up / link account prompt which means its not the correct PSN account and you would have to find the account you do have linked (unless you do the below unlinking part and its accepted). - For the unlinking part: You can request Bungie unlink it by filling in the Data Privacy Requests form located at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests Tickets are reviewed by Bungie, Monday to Friday, during business hours, and in the order they are received. Bungie will likely ask for ID and various other pieces of evidence to process your request. Submitting a request does not guaranteed that it be accepted and the account unlinked, and if it isn't, then you are unfortunately stuck with it linked.
