You can request Bungie unlink it by filling in the Data Privacy Requests form located at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests Tickets are reviewed by Bungie, Monday to Friday, during business hours, and in the order they are received. Bungie will likely ask for ID and various other pieces of evidence to process your request. Submitting a request does not guaranteed that it be accepted and the account unlinked, and if it isn't, then you are unfortunately stuck with it linked.
