Persistent POTATO Error on Login Screen - Hardware in dGPU mode (RTX 5060) - Clean Reinstall Complete

BUNGIE HELP TEAM / MODERATORS: Please read this post before sending the standard automated template. My previous thread was given a canned response about an integrated GPU that is completely irrelevant to my hardware setup. I am experiencing a persistent Error Code: POTATO crash on my brand-new laptop. The crash occurs the exact split-second I hit "Press any key" to log in at the title screen. The game engine renders graphics flawlessly up to this menu, but the crash triggers immediately upon hitting a key to authenticate my account profile. My hardware profile exceeds maximum specifications: • Laptop Model: Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16AHR9 • Dedicated GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU (100% active) • Integrated GPU: Fully disabled via MUX switch. My system is locked in dGPU mode. The AMD integrated chip is powered down at the hardware level and does not even appear in Windows Device Manager. EXHAUSTIVE REPAIRS ALREADY COMPLETED: 1. Clean Installation Outside of Downloads Folder: Discovered the initial install was nested in a restricted Windows Downloads path. Manually wiped it and reinstalled the full game directly to a clean root folder path: C:\Games\steamapps\common\Destiny 2. 2. File Verification: Successfully verified files via Steam inside the clean C:\Games folder. Steam flagged and completely reacquired 2,497 delta files to ensure total file integrity. 3. Driver Purge & Clean Slate: Booted into Windows Safe Mode and deployed the official AMD Cleanup Utility to completely purge all background display software layers, temporary configuration directories, and registry paths. Installed fresh factory-validated drivers directly from Lenovo Support. 4. Full Cache Reset: Wiped the %appdata%\Bungie\DestinyPC directory, completely cleared the Windows DirectX Shader Cache down to 0 bytes, and scrubbed the local NVIDIA DXCache/GLCache structures. 5. Zero Background Hooks: The Steam In-Game Overlay has been turned completely off and its data deleted. Xbox Game Bar is disabled. Lenovo Vantage widgets and Legion Space overlays are fully turned off. THE ISSUE IS SERVER-SIDE: Because my local machine has been stripped down, rebuilt, and verified 100% clean, this is a connection profile handshake error. The crash happens during authentication. Please escalate this to a senior support engineer to manually inspect my Bungie.net network account profile for any broken cross-save links or corrupted server validation tokens that are forcefully rejecting my Steam account client at login.
