Hey.
For a while now, since about Edge of Fate, random people don't show up in chats.
It can be people in my friendlist, in Clans, in Fireteam, in Crucible - what have you.
But for the longest time, I've had all my social settings set to "open for all" on everything, and haven't seen anyone write anything for quite a while! I am a PC-player, on Win Xbox, if that matters.

For our investigation, could you kindly clarify if you mean to say these players input messages into chat, but that they don't appear for you when they do? Or is it just that there seems to be less activity in chat than seems usual? If helpful to illustrate the situation, please consider linking us to screenshots or video footage which illustrates any seeming issues impacting the chats.
