I was doing some thinking and what IF, destiny brings back SIVA part 2?? We would have a dlc expansion saying "Destiny2 Siva-- The resurrection". Siva are nanites that replicate and is designed to construct and transform matter. BUT how much has it replicated?? We don't know. My theory is that there could be more siva out there that we don't know about. We could start off on the first mission called "A familiar signal" where we investigate and respond to a strange replication signal anomaly detected deep within an abandoned facility. No music, no enemies. Just the sound of our footsteps and distant metallic creaking. We find a red nanite on the ground but brush it off like as if we don't know what it is, BUT us players really know what it is. We travel deeper into the facility and find out what we thought we got rid of is actually resurrected. Our worst nightmare back to life.

Can’t work. Sivas replication facility is dead, and Quicksilver has been made to be virtually Sivas better in every way, which is annoying given it’s not nearly as cool in appearance (the really should’ve made Quicksilver specialized in Construction and Body Modification, but its ability to replicate dampered after some Neomunan event in their history where they nearly made grey goo or something.$

So what’s going to control it and keep it in check? If you know your siva lore than the answer should tell you why they can’t bring it back.

Write a book and publish it

Edited by Magiscene: 10/20/2026 1:25:24 AMSadly Bungie has already said SIVA is dead and wrapped up story wise. A fan theory that SIVA would return when we were exploring the exodus black crash site. I would love SIVA to return in some form. Bring on SIVA infected vex, a calus robot infected with SIVA just something. I do see your vision and like it. Technically if you think about it SIVA did return since quicksilver nanites are basically the finished good version of SIVA.

I really hope you guys can see my vision, but this is just a thought I've been having.
