I play on Xbox S and switched to a MS Elite 2 controller and recently replaced it with a Gamesir G7 Pro controller. Both the Elite and G7 have the same issue of the left stick taking me out of ADS if I press the stick down in any direction and locking me to hip fire for a second or so. If someone is rushing me and I switch from forward to reverse and accidentally press the stick down I cannot aim. I did not have this issue on the original Xbox controller. It is worse on the G7 than the elite. I don’t even know what this action is even used for. I checked Destiny’s and the G7 controller mapping and I cannot find anything about this button toggle. The left stick uses the press down to activate sprint but I don’t see anything related to aiming with a downward press.
