Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand you're experiencing difficulty progressing a side quest. While we're unable to provide steps on how to complete quests, we recommend checking a few different guides online for steps on how to complete this one. If, after reviewing some guides, you're certain you're encountering a bug, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of what you're experiencing. If you record a clip, you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate.
