Dmg said on twitter no planned twabs going forward but they're doing 'dev diaries' every few (3-4) months to keep people upto date on progress of the unvaulting. He said the weekly twabs were a pain point as most of the time there was nothing to say, do going forward they'll talk when they've things to say via said diaries. The josh guy mentioned the diaries & said they'd keep us posted on issues that arise during development so people are aware of timescales & progress. So in a word, no, no twabs anytime in the near future, if ever.

They’re figuring that out. We’ll find out what the plan is for communications when they drop their next chunk of Destiny news. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a monthly thing.
We'll hold ourselves accountable to these goals and share what we're learning along the way. We are working with our Community team to establish a consistent way to report against these commitments and will share that approach alongside our next major updates for Destiny and Marathon.
https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/nextchapterofbungie
