Siva/Red Sub Class/Wrath of Machine/D3 Idea
Bring back Wrath of Machine and replace the mission for Outbreak Perfected to be unlocking a red subclass. Rerun the whole thing, parts of it, and similar missions/steps as Outbreak Mission did in D1 to acquire aspects and fragments.
Merge D1 and D2 then just have Destiny. If D3 comes out just make a tab to another galaxy so it is still under Destiny title. Warframe has multiple areas, so why can't Destiny. So D3 section of Destiny could just be a "name" instead of D3 and only certain weapons and armor can be used in that section that is earned there. Maybe with exotics or carry over legendries need to have a currency or mod socket like a catalyst to be used in the new D3 section?
If a new engine instead of Tiger is needed please get it operating to handle more the players would like and if it helps the developers add more content to just have Destiny and not D1, D2, D3 separate.

Siva is definitely more suited to be used in weapons and ability swap armor (like mothkeeper) than a subclass on its own. A raid exotic armor (unlocking on one class unlocks it for all classes) that replaces your grenade with a ball of nanites that spawns a swarm of attack nanites and a Siva crystal that increases the fire rate of SIVA weapons is something I think would fill the role you want without having to make a bunch of new lore for a whole subclass.
