Hello. I'm posting a message in the help forum Regarding an error code I get when I try to desync and resync, but it's a cross-platform account.
When I remove the cross-platform save and try to log back in, it tells me that my Xbox account two error messages plus a temporary buffer of 180,000 days.
Here is the message: Cross-platform backup n' is not allowed for accounts under I' effect d' a temporary ban The temporary ban will be lifted in 181968 day.
Please, could I get some help solving this problem

No one on the forums can tell you besides Bungie, but Bungie also will not tell you via the appeal form. You can appeal it here: https://safety.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/42349301189524-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction If 4-6 weeks go by without the ban being lifted, you can assume your appeal was denied. They will not tell you the reason why, and further an open ticket does not mean your appeal has not been reviewed as Bungie will often leave them open to catch multiple submissions [quote]Because what kind of offense warrants a ban of 180,000 days?[/quote] https://safety.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/42308518654100-Bungie-Game-Account-Restrictions-and-Banning-Policies Read the section 'Why Was I Banned?' - the short of it is basically almost anything past poor connection, AFK macroing (can result in a ban in extreme cases like they've already done), mild Bungie name violations, or skill augmentating will result in a permanent ban.
