My Hunter cannot get Synthweave Reward after deposit
My Hunter character cannot get a Synthweave Reward after depositing 100 Synthcord at Ada's device. For some reason, that is causing repeated deposit attempts and no Synthweave reward to drop. Watch my video from the link I provided.
There is no problem from my Titan and Warlock characters when depositing 100 Synthcords and getting Synthweave Rewards.
Any idea? Any player experienced this similar issue?

Open character menu -> dpad down to go to the submenu where your sparrow etc is -> appearance customization on the top right. At the top left you'll see 15 next to your class material, spend some on unlocking ornaments and you'll be able to deposit again.
