Hello Bungie Support, I'm experiencing an issue with Gunsmith Engrams in Destiny 2. I reached rank 13 with Banshee-44 today, but his Gunsmith Engram inventory shows 0 engrams, even though I have been earning Gunsmith Engrams through gameplay. I have not purchased any engrams from Banshee, so I don't understand why the counter remains at zero. I have already tried traveling to another destination and returning to the Tower, but this did not resolve the issue. Expected behavior: Gunsmith Engrams earned through gameplay should be credited to my Gunsmith Engram inventory and be available to use at Banshee-44. Actual behavior: I earn Gunsmith Engrams, but Banshee-44 continues to show zero, preventing me from using the engrams I have earned. Please investigate whether this is a known bug and help resolve the issue. If possible, please also clarify whether the engrams I earned but could not access are lost or can be recovered. Thank you.
