Stuck with bronze rank rewards
I am light level 398 with my highest gear at 402 and I still cannot get S rank rewards from any activity. I am stuck in bronze rank. The game says to reach power 40 to rank up and also says my highest power is 398. Please help.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. Can you provide us with a screenshot or a short video of the Portal activity screen showing the reward forecast? Please make sure the section displaying the Bronze/Silver/Gold reward rank and expected grade is visible. You can upload it to one of the media-sharing websites listed below: - YouTube - X/Twitter - IMGUR
