Hey Bungie if you're going to listen like you said yall will then how about starting with removing the awful Travel forsaken time ban on pvp , I'm not staying in a match were my team is getting mowed down its a waste of my personal time to be forced to play a match were I know my yeam is going to be stomped and if anything it ruins the pvp experience you don't see games like fortnite banning people for leaving games now do you and there game is not on the verge of being axed unlike yours .

Make the punishment harsher Bungie. Listen to my feedback.
-
Guess you only stay if you are doing the stomping
-
What’s worse than being stomped? Being stomped as all your team quit.
-
How about you stop being a quitter?

call of duty has 10-20x the population of d2 and it has no leaver penalties except loss of xp there is literally no reason for leaver penalties in d2 leaver penalties just make people bail on d2 pvp a a whole because it is wasting their time d2 had no leaver penalties for a long time and it was fine, some jerk in the exit decided to throw it in out of spite also you can never ever have a leaver penalty in a game that allows premades vs pugs and has wildly imbalanced matchmaking bungie admitted they knew the outcome of over 80% of matches before they even started so lets review: crappy matchmaking > no leaver penalties

1 ReplyThe moment you realize that there are 3 Hunters in the other team in Comp, but you can't leave 🤣

I'm on the fence about this. I've quit out of a handful of games before, usually on a bad day and I'm not in the mood to get completely swept in crucible (or god forbid come across a PC handcannon'd cracked out 6-stack). But, for the most part, I still complete the bad games. A LOT of fairly balanced matches I've been in have frequently been wrecked by pattern of quitters and it's quite annoying. The game will take too long to back-fill my team, or won't back-fill at all. I'm not talking about error-codes. I'm referring to to 1 k/d average casual player who expects to go god-mode in every game they play and bail when someone outperforms them. You're gonna win some and lose some. Get over it. So yes and no. Yes, i'm okay with the temporary ban because i'm less likely to get paired with you, no because game balancing can genuinely go way into left field sometimes.

Quitters suck, period.

3 RepliesIf everyone quits when they start to lose there will be no properly completed matches for anyone. There has to be a disincentive. It's just a game you have chosen to play for fun. If it is not fun, do something else?

Actually, according to latest reports, Epic as a company seems to be quite struggling lately, which has started reflecting on Fortnite. If you don't want risking entering a losing match, consider not trying to enter to begin with. Games are generally considered a time waste, doing something productive like cleaning the house, mowing the lawn, or just writing a diary is something i would personally recommend, over playing games.
