Got the platinum trophy for Wolverine last night.

It was a fun game, about a 7/10. Gameplay was good, I loved just ripping enemies to shreds. Story was ok, not as good as Spider-Man 1. What I would have changed;
First of all, I’d have made it open world. Free climbing on buildings and mountains is in your claws. Sprinting would have you running on all fours. You could quickly get around cities and forest roads using a motorcycle. I would have had this as sort of an origin game starting in the 90s. First level would be escaping the Weapon X program and ending up in the woods where you get found by Professor X and you join the X-Men. The game would have non-linear levels that would act like memories. Joining Team X, fighting Sabretooth, the Hulk, etc. The main story would take place 20 years after you’re found in the woods, and you have been sent by The Professor to track down kidnapped mutants. Trask and his sentinels would be the main villains, along with the Reavers. Mr. Sinister would appear but not as his fully powered-up form yet, just Nathaniel Essex running experiments on mutants. He’d be saved for the X-Men game. There would be no Jean and Wolverine love story, but there would be a love story between Wolverine and Storm. You’d also return to where the Weapon X program happened and free X-23, and you’d get to play as her in the sequel, swapping back and forth freely like in Spider-Man 2. Final boss battle would’ve been against a giant sentinel. Post credit scene shows Essex being powered up by Apocalypse, setting him up as the villain for the X-Men game.
