D2 Freezing on Startup

I just performed a clean install of Windows 11 and Destiny 2 last night. Ever since, my game can't make it to orbit. I freeze just before the character select screen after losing game audio. When this happens, the game cannot be forced closed from task manager. If anyone has any solutions please let me know.
