i bought all the dlcs but didnt get some content.
i bought the collection bundle but didnt get reward pass or dungeon keys.. anyone can help?

Fill in the form at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items Bungie will review it Monday -> Friday and in most cases just apply the passes/keys to the active account.
