Hello, on October 2nd I bought destiny 2 the collection, which includes the dungeon key pack. When I went to play on October 4th I was prompted to link my old account (Xbox one) from destiny 1 which is cool cuz its my original guardian, but once I did so I lost access to my dungeon keys, steam says I own them still and the purchases are verified on steams end, but destiny wont let me access them. If needed I can provide proof of purchase, but this has been very frustrating hoping that bungie support can help.
