Permanently offline despite being online with all visibility settings enabled on all relevant platforms.
Title.
No matter what I change or do, I'm not able to recieve invites from players that aren't in my friends list. They tell me I'm offline and then the invite never appears. I need assistance in resolving this. And yes, I have checked the social tab, the roster tab, my steam settings, my psn settings, etc. all are set to public, there is no reason this should be happening that I can see. my nat type is also open.

3 RepliesHello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues receiving player invites and that you are appearing offline. To clarify, are you only having issues getting Fireteam invites, or does this also extend to when other players are trying to add you as a friend? Outside of what you attempted with the settings, if you haven't, please ensure that you have Cross Play enabled in the Settings. Lastly, while unlikely, we'd recommend reviewing your blocked players list, just in case.

1 ReplyI will say I have also made sure I'm appearing online on both platforms as well, issue still persists. I tried to change my name to see if it would sync, it still hasn't.
