[b]Stat Pool[/b] -1[i]80 Weapons[/i] -[i]150 Melee[/i] -[i]150 Grenade[/i] . [b][u]Gameplay Theory[/u][/b] This build is all about Semiotician and Grapple. While Grapple Melee has been nerfed, it still offers quality ad clear, mobility, and flashy reloads via Thread of Ascent. Semiotician heavily benefits from this. This can be further enhanced by applying the Synergy weapon mod to Semiotician, so detonations create a Tangle that offers an expedient reload. Grapple serves as clean up and mobility when not being used to reload, while Melees offer high output to a single target via boosting from Bastion. Bastion gives a 300% DPS bonus to all Melees, further enhanced by Banner of War. Into the Fray serves to give constant regen and passive upkeep to your Melees. This build balances ad clear between Semiotician and your Grapple, while offering incredible single target burst via Bastion and Melees. Woven Mail uptime is carried by Thread of Warding and assisted by the To Shreds Artifact perk. The Orb economy serves a multitude of purposes. Firstly our Siphon and Heavy Handed streams Orbs into the build very organically. The Crystocrene 2 Piece offers more Orbs when ad density lessens. Orbs give Armor Charge for Grapple so that the downtime is minimized for constant Thread of Ascent reloads and ad clear. Orbs heal via Recuperation, and offer Ability energy via Orbs of Restoration. While Woven Mail is constantly up thanks to Orbs, so is the Smokejumper 2 piece, granting players a whopping 75% DR periodically. Orbs offer offensive function through the Unraveling Orbs Artifact Mod, which turns Semiotician into even more of an ad clearing monster. Perpetual Destruction, the Crystocrene 2 piece, a Finder and Scav serve as insurance that the weapon never has a shortage of rockets to spam. While Bastion is the centerpiece of single target damage, Semiotician is no sleeper, offering potent hits via Argent Ordnance, Anti-Champion Nosecone and Unraveling. This offers some flexibility when targets are too far to punch to death. To further enhance punching, we have the Armorsmith Artifact Mod, which offers a 100% Melee DPS increase upon performing a finisher, or breaking a combatants shield. This allows Frenzied Blade, Bastion, and Banner to nuke Champions that are punchable.
