PvP matchmaking
So now that there’s someone back in the Destiny 2 office I would like to ask why PvP matchmaking is so out of shape?? What do I mean… I’m not great at PvP but do think I should be able to play it and have fun. But I can’t because apparently it’s connection based over skill based Matchmaking and I have been pitted against Twitch streamers?? How? Why? That’s a million miles away from my skill level how can I enjoy it when I’m being absolutely shafted it’s not just the streamers I’m against people with 2.00kd+ I’m 0.98kd come on someone please help I know I should get better but it’s impossible when you don’t have a chance at all!!!!

I got matched against skarrow and gernader jake back to back, ever since then I made a rule never to play PvP with PC players. (Jake did accuse me of cheating on stream so that was funny)

2 RepliesTwitch streamers are not even that good . They will get owned if they get matched with a real pro player , also they immediatly report the guy for cheating and just like that the pro player gets banned and the streamer remains and you wonder why u get matched with them ..

Small PvP playerbase, mostly vets who play all day, 3rd party help in the mix, hybrid connections, it's not connection nor is it sbmm, it's 1st come 1st served. It's been broken for literally 4 years honestly, I totally stopped playing after a 35 loss streak in banner & my team never had more than a 10% win chance, I'm not sure the reasoning behind it being so bad other than extend playtime, but it's by far the worst algorithm in gaming. I mean they've got bloom right, another great bungie design, where your bullets are rng & don't go were you aim but are assigned random areas within the area you're aiming at. Crazy game
