1 ReplyAre you referring to cross save? If so, what issues are you having with disabling it?

If you're referring to cross-save then you will only be able to deactivate it if you can authenticate all linked accounts and there is no 90 day silver purchase cooldown active. If you cant access the linked accounts then your only option is to work with their support teams to regain access - Bungie will not intervene. Any cooldowns are mandatory and Bungie will not reduce them. If you're planning on deactivating cross-save because you want to unlink either the Xbox or PSN account, then the ability to unlink accounts was removed on March 25th 2025.
